About 901 Installs
A Memphis trade business, run like one.
No call center, no dispatch queue, no rotating crew of contractors you've never met. One operator, six years on the tools, and a reputation built 139 jobs at a time.
The story
The bridge is on the badge for a reason.
901 Installs is a Memphis company, owned and operated by someone who lives here. The Hernando de Soto Bridge on our badge isn't decoration — it's the shape everybody in this city recognizes, and it stands for the same thing our work does: built properly, anchored deep, still standing decades later.
The business grew out of a hands-on mechanical and construction background. That matters more than it sounds like it should. Knowing how a structure carries load, what's likely to be inside a wall in a 1920s Midtown bungalow versus a 2015 Cordova build, and which fastener actually belongs in brick — that's the difference between an install that holds and one that comes down.
Today we work across Memphis, Shelby County and DeSoto County, mostly afternoons and evenings, which suits people who work a normal day and don't want to burn PTO waiting on a contractor.
How we work
Four things we don't compromise on.
One standard
The owner is on every job. You never get handed to a sub who's never met you and doesn't care about the review.
The right way, not the fast way
Right anchor for the material. Torqued to spec. Checked with a level, not a thumb. It costs a few extra minutes and saves a wall.
The number we said
You get a flat quote before we start. Scope changes get discussed before anything happens, never billed after the fact.
We leave it clean
Packaging out, floors vacuumed, hardware bagged and handed to you. The room looks better than when we got there.
Credentials
Licensed, insured, and on the record.
The boring paperwork that means you're covered if something goes wrong — and that a property manager or HOA will let us through the door.

Want to talk it through first?
Call and ask. We'd rather tell you honestly that a job isn't a good idea than take your money and do it anyway.
