Questions we get asked
Do you charge by the hour?
No. You get a flat quote for the job before we start, so the number you hear is the number you pay. Send a photo and we'll price it on the spot.
Can you mount a TV over a fireplace or on brick?
Yes — brick, stone, tile and concrete are all doable with the right anchors. Send a photo of the wall and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good idea for that spot and that TV.
Do you supply the mount, hardware or parts?
We bring all the fasteners, anchors and tools. If you already bought a mount or a piece of furniture, great — we'll use it. If you haven't, we'll tell you exactly what to get so it fits your TV and your wall.
How far out are you booking?
Most jobs go on the calendar within a couple of days, and same-week is normal. We work afternoons and evenings, seven days a week — which is usually easier for people who work a day job.
What areas do you cover?
All of Memphis and Shelby County, plus Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Cordova, Arlington, Lakeland, Millington and the DeSoto County side — Southaven, Olive Branch and Horn Lake.
Do you haul off the boxes?
Yes. Packaging, foam, cardboard and banding all leave with us at no extra charge. You get the finished product and a clean room.
